Mission

Fia was created at the intersection of thoughtful design and everyday life.

We design crochet accessories that feel considered, pieces that transform simple outfits into statements without trying too hard. Our approach is rooted in three principles:

Intentional Style: Every texture, stitch, and silhouette is chosen with care. We believe accessories should feel personal, distinctive, and quietly bold.

Purposeful Function: Fia pieces are designed to move with you, from daily errands to evenings out, without sacrificing comfort or durability.

Responsible Creation: As a small NYC-based brand, we embrace slow production and mindful sourcing. We create in small batches, prioritizing longevity over excess and craftsmanship over trend cycles.

We believe in owning fewer things, but loving them longer.

Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. At this time, we do not accept returns on items due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products. If the item is broken or damaged, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Shipping

LOCAL DELIVERY: For all NYC residents, select “FREE local delivery” at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to notify delivery.

CANADA + USA: All orders placed within CA + US are shipped through USPS. We use a weight-based shipping system. For more info, please send us an email.

INTERNATIONAL: We use a weight-based shipping system. For more info, please send us an email.
